What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?
According to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against the person through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case personal data is processed unlawfully.
If you submit your requests regarding the rights mentioned above through the methods specified in the Data Subject Application Form available at terminal.istanbul, your application will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
As a rule, no fee will be charged for such requests; however, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The Data Subject acknowledges that if they submit a request that results in their personal data not being used by the Company, they may not fully benefit from the operation of the Site and accepts that any responsibility arising in this context will belong to them.
