Terminal Istanbul, one of the world’s largest entrepreneurship and innovation hubs, has signed a strategic master partnership agreement with Techstars, one of the world’s leading early-stage venture funds. Under the two-year collaboration, Techstars Istanbul will establish a physical office within Terminal Istanbul, while key activities such as acceleration programs, Startup Weekends, mentorship initiatives, and investor access will be carried out under the Terminal Istanbul umbrella. With Terminal Istanbul represented on the Techstars Istanbul Advisory Board, this partnership marks a significant milestone in integrating Türkiye’s startup ecosystem with global networks.
A strategic collaboration has been launched between Terminal Istanbul—one of the world’s largest entrepreneurship and innovation centers—and Techstars, known for operating some of the most active and successful accelerator programs and one of the largest early-stage investment funds globally. At the signing ceremony held on Tuesday, December 30, at the GO Bilişim Vadisi Istanbul Entrepreneurship Office, Terminal Istanbul became Techstars Istanbul’s Strategic Master Partner for a two-year period.
As part of the partnership, Techstars Istanbul will continue its operations by opening a physical office within Terminal Istanbul. Acceleration programs, Startup Weekends, and other events organized by Techstars Istanbul will be hosted at Terminal Istanbul. In addition, Terminal Istanbul will gain strategic privileges including representation on the Techstars Istanbul Advisory Board, an active role in the Founder Catalyst program, participation in mentorship and jury processes, and direct access to Techstars’ global mentor and investor network.
This collaboration strengthens Terminal Istanbul’s vision of becoming a platform that creates global value for entrepreneurs beyond being a physical hub, while also aiming to deepen and sustain Techstars’ impact in Türkiye.
