Organized in partnership with Terminal İstanbul and 42Geeks, the “Tech. Game. Invest. Connect.” event brought together international investors, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders from the technology and gaming ecosystems at GO Bilişim Vadisi İstanbul as part of Balkan Tour 2026. 42Geeks is an invite-only global community that connects investors, entrepreneurs, and technology leaders from different regions of the world, aiming to explore local startup ecosystems, evaluate investment opportunities, and foster global collaborations through its international technology tours.

The opening speeches of the event were delivered by Erkam Tüzgen, CEO of Bilişim Vadisi, and Kenny Estes, CEO of 42Geeks. During their remarks, both speakers highlighted Türkiye’s rising potential in entrepreneurship, technology, and gaming, while emphasizing the importance of international collaborations and investment networks.

In his speech, Erkam Tüzgen, CEO of Bilişim Vadisi, stated:
“We position Terminal İstanbul not only as an entrepreneurship hub, but also as a global center that brings together technology, gaming, investment, and innovation ecosystems under one roof. We believe Türkiye offers significant opportunities for international investors with its young talent, strong production capacity, and entrepreneurial potential.”

Kenny Estes, CEO of 42Geeks, stated that Balkan Tour 2026 aims to connect regional entrepreneurship ecosystems and emphasized that Istanbul is one of the strongest hubs in the region for technology and gaming.

Following the opening speeches, participants were introduced to Terminal İstanbul’s vision, goals, and opportunities through a comprehensive presentation. The program also featured informative sessions on Türkiye’s investment ecosystem, venture capital structures, and foreign direct investment (FDI) processes.

As part of the program, a special panel session focusing on the current state of the gaming industry, global trends, and investment opportunities was held. Industry experts discussed the growth potential of Türkiye’s gaming ecosystem and opportunities for international expansion.

In the final section of the program, five Turkish startups from different sectors took the stage to present their projects to investors and ecosystem stakeholders. The networking session held afterward provided entrepreneurs, investors, and industry representatives with opportunities to develop new collaborations.
